The Heltec WiFi LoRa 32 V3.2 combines an ESP32-S3 microcontroller, Semtech SX1262 LoRa transceiver and 0.96-inch OLED display on one compact development board. It provides LoRa, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity together with USB-C programming and integrated lithium-battery management.
It is particularly well suited to Meshtastic nodes, LoRaWAN devices, remote telemetry, environmental monitoring, smart agriculture, portable sensor systems and other long-range IoT applications. This Aetherwatt listing includes an 863–865 MHz LoRa antenna intended for UK / EU use.

- 863–865 MHz antenna included: this Aetherwatt listing includes a LoRa antenna intended for the UK / EU 863–865 MHz SRD band.
- UK / EU operation: 863–865 MHz is an authorised short-range-device band in the UK and is also covered by the European harmonised SRD framework. Compliant use still requires the radio to be configured within the applicable transmit-power, duty-cycle and channel-access limits.
- Check regional variants carefully: Heltec / SX1262 boards are also sold for other regions, including 902–928 MHz. Those variants should not automatically be assumed suitable for UK / EU use.
- The ESP32-S3 provides Bluetooth Low Energy rather than Bluetooth Classic.
- The standard WiFi LoRa 32 V3 platform uses 8 MB SiP flash and does not include external PSRAM.
- Heltec documents the onboard display as a 0.96-inch 128×64 OLED; Meshtastic users may need the SSD1306 display setting.
- Use a data-capable USB-C cable for firmware upload and serial debugging.
